Tyler began his career at a young age as a professional actor before pursuing a career as a classical musician. His path eventually led to arts administration, where he has served in diverse roles spanning executive leadership, marketing, development, and artistic planning across arts genres including orchestras, theater, and radio. Tyler is a graduate of Harvard University and completed additional studies at the University of Pennsylvania's School of Social Policy and Practice.

Karyn Davis is a creative professional with over a decade of experience in areas of graphic design, creative direction, photography, and illustration. At ArtsAscend, she leads design strategy for clients' personal branding needs, including resumes, cover letters, and business cards. Her expertise spans branding, logo design, layout, websites, photography, illustration, and more. Karyn is not just a designer: She is a visionary who excels in bringing ideas to life through her intentional design approach and meaningful connections with clients. With a remarkable ability to communicate effectively, she ensures that every project she undertakes is a collaborative journey towards realizing a unique and impactful creative vision.
Miranda Howe
Lead Analyst
Miranda Howe is a trained engineer who leads the data-driven resources provided by ArtsAscend. From salary benchmarks to career pathways, Miranda's approach to data collection and analysis powers ArtsAscend's industry-leading insights into arts career strategies. In her spare time, Miranda is an avid aerialist and continues to play violin as a hobby. She is a musical theater lover and has a deep passion for Broadway. Miranda holds a BSE in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan and pursued additional studies in Spanish in Valencia, Spain.
